- Installing a new carbon monoxide alarm to enhance safety
- Replacing any faulty or missing light bulbs to ensure full illumination throughout
- Touching up paintwork to maintain a fresh, well-kept appearance
- Completing a full deep clean of the property, including carpets, to restore a fresh and hygienic feel
