Jamie came out to view the job within a couple of days and Emailed me an estimate the following day . As soon as I accepted the quote he made an appointment for the work to be done the following week. One of his work partners Chris actually came to do the job ( evidently 4 of them, all ex-builders are partners in the property maintenance company )—- a very pleasant and very efficient worker —- and did an excellent job. Their prices wouldn’t be as cheap as an “odd job person” but are fair and they have a policy of “ no job too small” —- being builders one would be confident in tackling any job.
